LDG series calcium formate single cone screw vacuum dryer -- Equipment overview

The single cone dryer is composed of motor, reducer, frame, mechanical seal, metal sintering mesh filter, hollow twin screw stirrer, cone cylinder with jacket heating and discharge valve and other components.

1. Lithium battery single cone dry drive and sealing part: by motor, reducer, frame and mechanical seal composition.

2. Motor: adopt frequency conversion speed regulating motor, the speed can be adjusted according to the need during operation.

3. Reducer: SLFA series helical gear reducer, stable and reliable operation, low noise, long service life.

4. Frame: self-designed, high manufacturing accuracy. Equipped with two pairs of roller bearings, adjustable agitator height and radial swing.

5. Mechanical seal: single end face sanitary type with material receiving flushing cavity, good sealing performance.
