SMG series wet mixing granulator is a high-performance automatic production equipment with high-efficiency mixing original and auxiliary materials, which can complete mixing, slurrying and granulation processes at one time. The wet mixing granulator is a special equipment for wet granulation in which the materials are mixed in the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for mixing and granulating powder materials in foods and chemicals. The current wet mixing granulator comprises a base, a material cylinder, a stirring mechanism and a granulating mechanism, etc., and the vortex generated by the rotation of the stirring mechanism is fully mixed during the working process; and the granulation cutter is turned by the side. The material mass is fully broken and cut into uniform, dense particles.
The high-efficiency wet mixing granulator drives the motor to drive the rotating shaft, the cutter and the stirring blade to invert and mix the material and the binder, and the stirring blade rotates to ensure uniform mixing with the material and the adhesive, and the cutter Rotation can produce tangential force on the mixed materials and binders, avoiding the occurrence of laminar flow and improving the mixing effect.
The powder is placed in a wet granulator container and mixed evenly, and a liquid binder or melt is quickly sprayed from the top while the material is vigorously stirred and chopped by a cutter. The wet granulation mechanism produces particles that are harder, firmer and rounder than the granules produced by the top spray fluidized bed. Usually the granules are discharged into a granulator to smash the overgrown agglomerates and then fed to a fluidized bed boiling dryer for drying.
