PGL series fluidized bed spray drying granulator is a kind of granulating equipment integrating mixing, spraying, drying, granulating and granule coating. The fluidized bed spray drying granulator device has a collecting chamber, a spray drying chamber, a boiling fluidized bed, an air inlet and exhaust duct, the spray chamber is provided with a nozzle connected to the conveying pipeline, and a fluidized porous plate is arranged at the bottom of the fluidized bed. The cylinder above the bag filter of the trapping chamber is provided with a draft pipe connected to the induced draft fan, and the spray chamber is provided with a forced hot air inlet pipe, and the forced hot air inlet pipe is connected with a forced hot air heater, below the fluidized bed. The cylinder is provided with an air inlet pipe, and a filter and a heater are arranged on the air inlet pipe. To ensure the normal fluidization air volume, a circulation between the forced hot air heater and the air induction pipe is adopted to ensure the normal fluidization air volume. The air duct and the circulating air duct are provided with a circulating fan that drives the wind drum to the forced hot air inlet pipe.

The spray drying granulator adopts a secondary air inlet, and part of the airflow in the exhaust air is sent to the spray drying chamber through the forced air supply pipe through the circulating fan and the heater, thereby increasing the temperature of the spray drying room and the trapping chamber, and forcibly sending The hot air flow sent by the air duct is the circulating air flow in the system, which does not affect the air intake volume of the air inlet pipe below the boiling fluidized bed, can ensure the normal fluidized air volume, meet the requirements of instantaneous spray drying, and improve the drying speed, thereby improving the system. The ergonomics of the granulating machine; since it is heated to the exhaust air with heat and then sent to the spray drying room, energy is saved. The whole machine running system is in the working condition of clean air negative pressure. The main material of the equipment is made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, the inner surface is smooth, easy to clean, no dead angle, and meets the requirements of GMP and FDA regulations.
