LDG series single cone vacuum vertical dryer - Equipment overview  

The APPLICATION range of LDG series single cone vacuum vertical drying equipment ranges from laboratory operations to mass production, and from highly sensitive pharmaceutical applications to rugged environmental technology.  Based on these variable device types, we continue to develop solutions for our customers in new applications.  Due to the possible application covers a very wide range, all only a small part lists here: active pharmaceutical ingredients of pharmaceutical industry, dry, sauce sterilization in food industry, chemical industry of the ion exchange resin is dry, mud containing solvent evaporation in green technologies, and iron in metallurgical powder coating with the additives.  Many process steps can be replicated in a single cone dryer.  

LDG series single cone vacuum vertical dryer - short processing time, gentle  

LDG series single cone vacuum vertical dryers consist of a conical container with a stirring screw close to the container wall, designed to reduce processing time and maximize material protection.  Double (or single leaf) conical spiral shape of the stirring screw through the connecting rod and shaft connected.  The stirring screw pushes the material up the walls of the heated container.  At the same time, the material goes down into the mixing zone near the mixing shaft.  

Effect: The material achieves the same temperature and humidity.  To further shorten the drying time, a heated screw and vacuum can also be used.
